At MAX Athletics, we’ve put in the work to build a system that yields timeless results. Nothing fancy, just hard work, consistency, and results.
Our assessment process sets us apart from the rest. After gathering your baseline information through various tests, we are able to put together a thoughtful plan to establish a solid foundation. From here, the possibilities are endless.
How We Work
We start with an intake to understand your health history, and then guide you through our assessment protocol to gauge your baseline fitness.
Next we set goals, develop a plan, and get to work, tracking your progress along the way.
As you progress, we begin to identify more specific areas of strength and weakness, and attack them head on.
Who We Work With
If you know you need to get in better shape, whether it be to live longer, live better, recover from a surgery or injury, or compete at a higher level - we can help you.
This being said, our primary clientele tends to fit into the following 2 groups:
Life moves fast, and 40 hits hard. But that doesn't mean it's too late to hit back. When we reach 40, our bodies start to lose muscle at a faster rate, our metabolism slows down, and we store more fat than we're used to. We can't get away with eating as many snacks or drinking as many beers - that's just the reality of life. This makes your 40's a perfect time to get into an exercise routine. Schedule a free consult, it just might change your life.
The world of competitive athletics is expanding at a rapid rate, and the abundance of information and recommendations makes it hard to keep up. The truth is, the world is still spinning at the same rate. Strength still wins in the trenches, Speed still wins in the open field, Quickness wins in tight spots and Toughness wins in the 4th quarter. That's how we go about our training.

A Plan For You
Our personal training program is designed to help you make long-term lifestyle changes. Our intake and assessment process is designed to ensure that we tailor our coaching to your needs. Personal Training is great if you are struggling to get in shape, fighting injuries, coming off of physical therapy, or simply looking to make a lifestyle change.
Our classes are total body and consist of a detailed warm-up to alleviate pain and prevent injury, a strength portion to build muscle and bone density, and a metabolic conditioning block to improve heart health. Classes are 45 minutes and are kept to a maximum of 8 people to ensure each person is coached as an individual.
Our Athletic Performance program is built for new and experienced athletes. We focus on mastering the basics and building strength, speed, agility, and mental toughness.
Nutrition Coaching is done on an individual basis. The process begins with our intake process and then moves to periodic meetings with your coach based on your needs.
