I began working with Ben after an acquaintance recommended him because of back problems I was experiencing. I'd had a lot of pain due to spinal stenosis and was experiencing painful periods lasting for days/weeks. Since working with Ben in December, I have not experienced a full blown flare up, which is very exciting and appreciated! Aside from the pain relief, I'm also feeling stronger and more confident...I'm excited to continue seeing my results thanks to Ben's training!

I worked with Ben as a dual sport athlete all four years of my high school swim and track seasons. He was an integral part of my in-season strength training and off-season recovery. He’s fun to train with, pushes you hard, and takes the time to understand your objectives for each workout and what you’re hoping to accomplish through working with him. I cannot recommend Ben more! I used to be a runner and avid gym junkie, but due to medical issues, my fitness life came to an abrupt stop. I trained with Ben for a short amount of time during the summer. And let me tell you something. This dude got me a LOT faster and stronger for my football season. He also keep me in great shape to for the season. In the little bit of time I did with him I look so much better. He is an amazing coach/ trainer. You need to go to this guys gym. This was following a year of limited physical activity, due to injuries. Working with him is by far one of the best personal fitness and health decisions I've made. I feel stronger, healthier, and more mobile than I have in years. His approach is challenging, fun, and includes a lot of variety. Ben really knows how to design programs for the individual, taking goals and injuries into account. He's even provided some great nutritional advice, which has helped tremendously. When I started training with Ben early in 2016 the gym was a mythical place I'd heard of once or twice. As a trainer Ben took a very structured approach to help me get over my gym anxiety and lose nearly 100lbs. It's been a challenging journey for sure, but Ben was attentive, informative, and encouraging every step of the way. As I trained with him, he knew exactly how to use my workout history to gauge an appropriate level of challenge. There were certainly times when I wasn't sure if I was up for the exercise he put in front of me, and to my surprise I was able to pull it off! As my goals shifted from health and weight loss, to sports performance, to changing body composition, Ben has demonstrated professional level knowledge and flexibility. He takes great efforts to continually develop himself which in turn helps him develop others - but above all he values safety and reasonable goal setting. I'm definitely a client for life!
