Hello, my name is Ben Williams. I am a proud graduate of Ohio State University, a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), and a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). In my 10 years in the fitness industry, I have had the opportunity to work with athletes of all levels and many people struggling with health and orthopedic issues. This wide-ranging experience helped me develop the systems we utilize here at MAX Athletics.
We specialize in personal training and nutrition, and also offer group classes. Workouts are designed to master the basics and push your limits. If you want results, this is the place for you.

Our facility is not a big-box gym – and that’s on purpose. Our space is designed so you can focus on quality training without the crowds. Tucked just off Route 33 between Columbus and Lancaster, our gym is convenient to get to yet offers an intimate training setting.
At MAX Athletics, we believe that your body is the machine. We utilize a variety of free weight and cardio equipment, and our coaches take the time to ensure proper form and safe execution on each exercise.
