Hey, I'm Ben Williams. I am a proud graduate of Ohio State University, a Certified Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
In my 10 years in the fitness industry, I've had the opportunity to work with athletes of all levels, as well as people struggling with health and orthopedic issues. I realized early on that no matter who you are or what you're training for, one thing always applies: Strength Training. This experience has helped me in developing the systems we utilize here at MAX Athletics.

Hi, I'm Emily! I am a proud graduate of The Ohio State University (Go Bucks!). I have years of working experience as a Registered Dietician and a Certified Personal Trainer. I grew up an athlete and started strength training when I was about 14 years old. I'm a dog lover, foodie, and firm believer that people don't have to give up foods they love or feel stuck with a workout routine they dred to be healthy and in shape.

Our space is designed around efficient training and hard work. We utilize a variety of free weights including barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and more. At MAX Athletics, all workouts are trainer led. This ensures that proper form, weight, and exercise selection is applied.
