Hey, I'm Ben Williams. I am a proud graduate of Ohio State University, a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), and a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
In my 10 years in the fitness industry, I've had the opportunity to work with athletes of all levels, as well as people struggling with health and orthopedic issues. I realized early on that no matter who you are or what you're training for, one thing always applies: Strength Training. This experience has helped me in developing the systems we utilize here at MAX Athletics.

Each day my appriciation for the gym grows. Working out is meant to be fun and that's always my priority. Our great-great grandchildren will thank us!
I am co-owner with my boyfriend Ben, class instructor, nutrition coach, and a registered nurse. My two worlds collide as I teach health and promote healing on a day-to-day basis in and out of the gym. I love what I do, and more than anything I love the clients that make Max Atheltics a community.

Our space is designed around efficient training and hard work. We utilize a variety of free weights including barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and more. At MAX Athletics, all workouts are trainer led. This ensures that proper form, weight, and exercise selection is applied. Whether you're a former athlete or a newbie to the gym, we're here to help you reach your MAX!
