First we begin with an inital intake to assess current nutrition.
Depending on your needs, topics are introduced to you as weekly goals.
Topics include; macronutrient breakdown, grocery shopping, reading nutrition labels, simple recipies, meal prepping, packing quality foods, trusted brands, growing sprouts, and even the role of sleep in overall health. Afterall, nutrition encompasses our lives both in and out of the kitchen.
