Our group classes provide a motivating environement and take the thinking out of training for you. You are coached throughout the workout and motivated by your peers.

Our classes are total body and consist of a detailed warm-up to alleviate pain and prevent injury, a strength portion to build muscle and bone density, and a metabolic conditioning block to improve heart health.
Classes are 45-50 minutes and are kept to a maximum of 8 people to ensure each person is coached as an individual. See below for a sample workout:
We purposely keep classes small, capping them at 8 participants. That means you get plenty of one-on-one coaching even in a group setting. The trainer will correct your form, offer modifications or extra challenges, and make sure you get the most out of every workout.
Worried you won’t keep up? Don’t be! Whether you’re just starting exercise or you’ve been at it for years, our coaches provide options to fit your needs. Train at your own pace, and enjoy the progress along the way.
Our space allows us to control the setting and keep the energy high throughout class. 45 minutes flies by when you're enjoying the environment!
